　　Mr.Deka is the Academic Principal of Xi'an Gaoxin No.1 High School International Course Center and he is from India.He has received his education at top-notch universities in the United States of America.He has a master's degree from MIT and is now studying for PhD at Harvard University.For the past 20 years,he has been vigorously associated with the field of academics in China.His primary goal has been to ensure the school's overall success by using problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial tactics to ensure resourceful growth among the students,teachers,and every stakeholder of Xi'an Gaoxin No.1 High School.

　　Mr.Deka是西安高新一中国际课程中心学术校长。曾于美国一流大学接受教育，具有麻省理工硕士学位，并正在攻读哈佛大学博士学位。20年来，他一直全身心致力于中国国际教育与研究事业的发展。他的主要目标是：通过对问题的探索，培养提升逻辑思维能力、形成创新意识和创新思维，来确保学校每一位学生、老师得到全面的成长，以及学校教育事业的成功。

　　No.2-在国际班工作的感受

　　Being an Academic Principal is a tough job.But many principals stick with it because the joys of the job far outweigh the frustrations.As an Academic Principal,I have many roles and responsibilities,such as operating as a supervisor of all foreign employees and students.I love the time I spend with my staff and my students.Apart from being an Academic Principal,I have been teaching Economics in the school for the last seven years,and it has been a great pleasure to interact with the budding economists during and after classes.

　　担任学术校长是一项无比艰巨的工作，但我认为工作的乐趣和成就感远超过困难和挫折。身为学术校长，我担任很多角色与职责，比如管理在校学生以及所有的外籍教师。我很享受和学生与老师们一起度过的美好时光。除此之外，在过去的七年中我一直负责教授经济学课程，也很荣幸地在课内外与未来的经济学家们互动。

　　One size doesn't fit all.Therefore,diversification and differentiation by tailoring content and following the requirement of the students'abilities are fundamental in the teaching profession.The ultimate goal of teaching is to promote learning.For the most part,learning takes place in many different circumstances and contexts.Although everyone can learn,a student's desire to learn is vital to mastering new concepts,principles,and skills.Therefore,igniting the passion of being an enquirer will facilitate the youngster to be a lifelong learner.Furthermore,character-building should be the core of any educational model because good characters make good citizens.

　　正如同不能用一个标准衡量所有人一样，根据学生的能力与需求量身定制教学内容，实现他们的多样化、差异化发展是教师职业的根本。教学的最终目的是促进学习，在大多数情况下，学习在各种不同的条件和环境中进行。虽然每个人都有学习能力，但学生学习的动力对于掌握新的概念、原则和技能至关重要。因此，点燃一个人成为探究者的热情可以帮助青少年终身学习。除此以外，品德建设应该是所有教育模式的核心，因为良好的品格能够塑造出优秀的人才。
