未来领导人培养项目
从2013年5月27日开始，西安高新一中国际班高二学生将会在结束国际统考后迎接新的挑战，参加未来领导人培养项目。该项目与西安国际商务论坛合作开发，为学生在西安市附近的顶级国际商务机构提供三天的实习机会。针对公布出来的职位信息，学生们会在酒店管理、建筑、以及出版行业申请相应的职位。如果被选中，学生们需要接受面试，最终为每一个工作职位找到最佳的人选。今年未来领导人项目会有一个新的改变，部分学生的工作情况会刊登在市内主流媒体上。所有参与此次活动的同学都将会对本项目最终的分析及评估做出贡献，其综合报告将会被广泛出版发行。
FUTURE LEADERS
For the second year in succession, Gaoxin No. 1 High School Year 2 students will be going outside their comfort zones in the Future Leaders programme. This initiative, which has been organised in partnership with the Xi’an International Business Forum (XIBF), offers three-day work experience placements in top international business organisations in and around Xi’an. Responding to advertised job opportunities, students apply for positions in the hotel management, construction and publishing industries. They write applications to meet the demands of detailed person specifications. If shortlisted for their chosen role, students are then interviewed, with the best candidate for each position offered the job. This year sees a special twist to Future Leaders, as some students will find their work published in a major city-wide magazine. All of those who carry out work experience will also contribute to an overall analysis and evaluation of the programme, with the resultant report publicised widely.
