On may 31^st, Mr. Isolt Siket from HTMi Hotel and Tourism Management Institute gave the students in Gaoxin No.1 International Course Center a brilliant and impressive lecture. The lecture was focused basically on Hospitality. Besides, he talked about his personal working experience and what qualification should we have in order to study in HTMi or work in a hotel.

       During the lecture he mentioned that the service with a gentle smile is the most important.  It is a tough job to make your guests satisfied with your services. But your services could influence and warm the people around you.

       On the spot, the students were all very active, vigorous and cooperated well with Mr. Isolt Siket and asked many relevant questions.

       The students are very interested in hotel management. The lecture has not only broadened our horizons but also informed us students with more local conditions and customs about Switzerland.
